THIS a million %%%% is TRUE..... All proceeds go to Quidco's Easter Party, here is what are the outcomes:
1) If your transaction tracks (10% chance under this offer) you will get the normal lower amount
2) If won't track at all
3) Quidco will hope you forget as the transaction will likely take months to "confirm" and by that time they won't care

From what I gather, it takes a while.
Firstly they have to go through the process of getting the cash from said retailer (which can take months), and when they have that, they then look at adding the bonus £10 (providing you have met the criteria).
You also have to look at the small print regarding the £25 and if it includes VAT or not.

I had to fight for my £10 offer as it never appeared after months of chasing but I did eventually get it but had to contact them more than once about it.
Echo all the above comments. Quidco consistently seems to avoid paying out on larger cash-back claims as well as these £10 deals.
Plus, the obvious question everyone seems to keep missing. How many companies can survive by continually giving out what amounts to 40% discounts on purchases most people would probably be making anyway?
Is Boots really paying Quidco £10 on a £25 spend? Very doubtful, as Boots doesn't need to. I doubt Nike does either.
These "£10 off if you spend £25 at X company" promos are almost certainly being primarily funded by Quidco - either to increase their turnover (if they are behind their targets), or to help sell their business to potential investors.
Either way, it's all academic as the majority of these £10 promos will probably never end up being paid anyway.

Terms and conditions:
4. Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco and will not be entitled to receive the £10 bonus.
I'm guessing you're only eligible for these offers if they email you the promotion.

Hi all,
Be assured this is not a targeted promotion, it is available to all existing members of Quidco, it's posted on the homepage. Simply opt in here http://www.quidco.com/incentives/ten-bonus-wellbeing and go ahead with your purchase which needs to be £25 or more excluding delivery.
Your bonus is then paid within 72 hours of the smaller, tracked amount of cashback being confirmed and available for payment. This is likely why some members are waiting for a Christmas period bonus. Until we receive payment from the retailer to credit to your account, the cashback will not be confirmed thus your bonus not yet paid.
However we will of course ensure that all eligible bonuses are allocated to members' accounts. If yours should have been paid by now as the tracked cashback has been confirmed, just let our support team know via the contact form. Alternatively you can contact either myself or Joseph on Facebook and Twitter and we'll look into that further for you.
I hope you all make excellent use of this offer and that you enjoy your weekends, I know I will!
I copy here his response. Embarrassing really for someone claim to represent Quidco but just give a generic answer, just ask you to contact support team. What is the point to have someone here as a representative but just tell the people to contact support team.
Does anyone here really need to be told to contact support team if you have a problem ???????????????

Hi there,
Thanks for your post here.
@RealDealSeeker I'm sorry to hear your cashback is delayed, I actually also opted for this promotion and I am yet to receive the cashback and thus the bonus amount too. Whenever cashback becomes delayed in being paid to us by the retailer our payments team begin to chase this for you on a weekly basis until we can have it confirmed and available for payment in your account. We work out estimated payment dates by looking at how fast a retailer has been paying us over the course of a year. We do our best to provide as accurate estimates as we can but as these are just estimates, they are of course subject to change.
Should you wish to contact our support team there'll be happy to see if there's anything we can do to help.
Kind Regards,

Guys, I've no idea about these particular £10 deals but I've had over £1600 back from quidco in the last few years on things I'd have bought anyway. Lots of the cashback does take a while to come through and it wouldn't surprise me at all if I'd not received cash back 3,4,5,6 months after a purchase. It's definitely a case of being patient and almost forgetting about it and checking once every few weeks of each month if anything has come through. If you use it enough you'll have a continual stream of cash coming through.

Quidco are notorious for not paying out - and given the amount of money it makes (along with its links to the very profitable HUKD) there's no excuse for that. Unless, of course, it's the reason for the profitability.........
On the one hand there's me. I have a separate browser for purchases through Quidco alone, with the cache cleared entirely before every transaction and all content permitted so nothing can interfere with the process or be assigned to a pre-existing referral. I have done this since I registered and through hundreds of transactions I've only been declined unfairly on one occasion.
On the other hand there's the current most popular comment in this thread, from somebody who hasn't read the instructions, does not appear to understand how it works, and bitterly holds others responsible for that.
I question the apparent cacophony of injustice.

I had participated in the last year's Christmas bonus offers and mine didn't get payed out until around March/April - so yes you need to be patient with them. Some retailers like superdrug take around 6 months or more . I think the retailers on quidco have an indication of how long they take to confirm - so you should get a rough idea before you make a purchase.

Thanks for informing me.This was my first Quidco cashback claim after using TCB for a very long time so I was not aware of how Quidco's system worked.
I sent them a support message a couple of days back and have NOT received a reply to that message. I cannot say that I am impressed with Quidco. Compared with TCB it sucks IMO. If TCB did not have the login problems I have experienced for a very long time such as not working correctly with my password manager. Difficulty logging in - not allowing copy/paste or working with anything but manual typing my very complex random passwords which is so damn difficult to get correct, I would not of ventured to Quidco TBH.
TCB so called security is a lot less secure than what I am used to. The best part about it is that Opera browser works fine, it's only Firefox based browsers such as Firefox or Palemoon which have problems, even with new profiles! Opera works with copy/paste and autotype fine without any problems but I hate Opera browser being a heavy tab user and having loads of Opera processes in taskmanager.
TCB support told me not to use a password manager or copy/paste......Utterly hopeless IMO.
HookedOnHotDeals
27 Jan 171#76
Quidco is utterly hopeless IMO. I have been trying to get cashback paid for approaching a month without success.
Their support tells me that there is a delay and that the payout will be made in the next few days. Saying check the inbox and spam folders while not answering any of my questions. Closing the ticket without resolution and saying that reply to the message if I have not received the payout. Replying or attempting to reply results in a monkey picture and we are doing maintenance ATM, when the rest of the site is working and new support tickets can be opened. Opening new support requests only to have it closed with a clearly auto/predefined reply.
I have NEVER received any payout from Quidco in all the years that I have been a member. Not once! Meanwhile with TCB I have received many hundreds of £ paid out.
To me it looks like they have cash flow problems and cannot fulfil the payouts.
There is no point in cashback if it is never paid!!!
HookedOnHotDeals
27 Jan 17#77
I have managed to find a work around for the Password manager (Keepass) autotype problem and copy/paste. I dislike using copy/paste because it exposes passwords to the clipboard which is why I said TCB is less than secure ie using copy/paste for extremely complex passwords or using very simple passwords which are easier to manually type. Typing a space and then copy/pasting the password and then going back to the space and deleting it does seem to work. It still has the same security concerns but at least it works.
Part of the problem could be the amount of tabs I use, however ATM I am only using 61! Many of which are unloaded. This is nothing in comparison to number that I frequently get up to, 2000 tabs sometimes! With TabHunter 2000 tabs is workable.
I think that I am having a mixture of problems. Palemoon was having problems with logins which was a known problem. I moved back to Firefox which seems slower, it's less optimized. The high number of extensions could also be contributing to the problems, slowing down the browser which makes it less responsive to input which could be what is foiling the Keepass autotype. That does not explain why the Keefox Firefox/Keepass extension will not successfully enter TCB fields. They fill okay but will not login. If TCB was not continually asking for logins whenever I do anything, it would not be a problem.
Apologise for all the moaning but this has been very frustrating and I do not need any more frustration in my life ATM with so many other far more serious problems and so little progress. I hope that there is a little bit of useful information in my posts to this thread.
QuidCo are offering a better cashback ATM for one online store but unless they are going to payout, then I will not go through QuidCo. I would rather use TCB and take a lower amount which is almost certain to payout. Very little cashback fails with TCB IME. Mostly because of discount codes used and far more rarely incorrectly tracked purchases which are usually later fulfilled on application.
