Whilst waiting for Forza Horizons to drop in price I received this from the excellent IsThereAnyDeal notice, reduction of £22 according to camelcamelcamel. Even cheaper than sites like G2A.
Received my key within seconds and now installing on steam.
The Complete Edition comes with the following:
The Monte Carlo Rally Pack – eight breathtaking Rally stages featuring dramatic climbs, descents and hairpins of snowy mountain roads. Race through the Alps and conquer the legendary Col de Turini pass.
The X Games Asia Track Pack – four new routes set across two new tracks in Shibuya, the neon heart of central Tokyo, where spectacular mud-spattered Rallycross circuits weave beneath towering skyscrapers.

The Mud and Guts Car Pack – features five cars available for single-player, split-screen and online multiplayer events. Race the Lancia Stratos, Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2, Citroën C4 Rallycross, Saturn Sky and Ford Mustang GT, each with a range of liveries.

Got a code for this in a G2A bundle, but already own it, so anyone who wants it can claim this code on steam:

I had lots of digital credit on Amazon for using 'No Rush Delivery' option, can't seem to find it on my account anymore!

That credit expires sadly, think you get about 4-6 weeks to use it?

Doing pretty well as far as I know. Just letting licences expire on older games where the revenue doesn't support renewing them. To be fair they were giving Dirt 3 and Grid away for free at the end.

What's your issue?

Quite surprised Test Drive Unlimited 2 is still available on Steam. I wonder how much Atari are paying to keep extending the licences.

Not really strange if you know your stuff. The only F1 title pulled was F1 2013 as it has classic cars on it, some of those classic F1 cars are BMW powered.

I wouldn't particularly expect there to be problems with them - it's probably just that licence renewal wouldn't be worthwhile given the likely future revenue.
As covered above by others, yep, delisted games can still be downloaded. My comment was more intended to reference that it'll be becoming harder to get a copy of this in future.

Stupid licensing. Look what happened to poor old Outrun :disappointed:

Well I hope they are not.
They only recently took a few staff on from that drive club team didn't they?
People on twitter are saying it's to do with BMW licence expiring.
But strange how F1 got hit.

Yes, you can download removed games from Steam if you already own them.

Heat.
Also this stays in your amazon games library, so can be deleted - redownloaded at any time.
Let's hope there aren't deeper issues there. Three Codemasters titles removed from Steam due to licensing expiry (1 from GoG) is most certainly notable news (well, not so much for F1 2013).
