Heck! I didn't need one but it's in date until July 2018 and at £1.10 it's a nice reassurance in the cupboard, they had a lot more and also the ones where it also tells you how far along you are for £5 reduced.

it is because of the expiry date. I have a friend who works in Boots, she told me they reduce 80-90% expensive items expiring soon.
