what we are doing here is definitely beneficial to the society and the economy of the country.
by doing a wild goose chase, we are effectively consuming more petrol, and contributing to GDP.
by browsing at boots in store, we might accidentally buy something else.

How do we know its genuine. I could say i bought something, inside it was £50. Would everyone rate that deal hot? It's weird the logic of people. They treat here as facebook, but a better analogy would be tinder. Has the same features.

If you bother to read the post's i have said, or follow others. You would know there are certain labels, which indicate if it is a planned mark down (national). or local. The local stickers will generally be hand written, a pen across the price and the new price added. It is obvious to many people out there it seems. But then there are many people who seem to have there heads buried in the sand as well.

Just bagged last 3 of these in store Tamworth. The assistant was quite shocked when I asked her to scan one as it was marked up at £38.50 :smile:

It's in the sites best interests to implement it. I find myself coming here less and less when half the deals are just some flukey local deal someones managed to snap up that I could never get.

I had a 200ml bottle of CK One, I dropped it and knackered the nozzle, so Instead of spraying it, I used to dash a bit in the bathtub and have a nice all over scent all day. £5 a go I might get this as a bath scent :wink:

Those stickers generally indicate, if it has been reduced for some reason. So yes, they knew it was a reduction of it either being short coded or end of line. No excuse, dont make one for them.

I've been saying this for year's, about tesco reductions etc. It makes you wonder about the person posting the deal, have they not thought to ask the question, is it available to the rest of the population. People on here voting it hot, have a lack of common sense in my eyes

I don't blame the poster, I'm confused as to how it gets to 944deg when about 2 and a half people nationwide have managed to get some. I don't understand the voting habits of people on this site; surely you're not meant to be congratulating the poster on how much money *he* saved, you're meant to rate it as a deal for all that visit the site?

How is the poster supposed to know if it's national or store specific, if as they say they not marked up reduced to clear, and are on sale with the other aftershaves, or has somebody who posts a deal know supposed to travel to every store in the country to ensure it is nationwide before posting??!!

The deals just need a "probably local to *location* only" tag that people can filter.

Users can then be invited to add their location to their profiles. Therefore deals local TO YOU will show up but Geordies won't be getting deals local to Cardiff.

Here's the thing...even though I personally didn't managed to buy this specific deal but now I know that boots sells off remaining discontinued lines for dirt cheap so I will wonder in maybe once a week and will have a browse, so I will get lucky with one of these deals one day. This post is beneficial for you if you're a bargain hunter, and want to get stuff for cheap.

The other week someone has posted a big bag of celebrations from tesco's for 40p and a bunch of other stuff which has led me to think they are getting rid of the piled up odd bits and bobs which they had in their stockroom.
I wondered in twice that week, both quiet mid morning, and guess what, I left with 2 bags full of sweets, pure juices, alcohol, energy drinks and a family size fabric softener for a total of £8.

Yes these bargains are rare, but you have to watch and learn retailers' behaviour and take these 'crumbs of information' on board to get good deals.

​Sometimes others get them and it is worth posting - how is the OP to be sure it *isn't* national. I like these quirky deals. It is surprising how hot they get, feel like maybe just people that can get the deal should add heat, but then we'd all miss these things and not get a go of finding
