That's what it appears. The £3.99 labelled PC Download code gets you the PS4 code
£2.99 is the pc version. Upon further reading, uplay is simply software you install on your pc and download the game via that
"Redeeming online codes with Uplay: To activate a game on Uplay, you must first install the Uplay client and create a Uplay account. This process is completely free of charge. The game is then linked to your account and available to be downloaded and installed."

I'm still really confused!!! Is this available for PC as well as PS4 then? I can confirm I received a PS4 code

Did you order the 2.99 Ubisoft version or 3.99 PC version? I think the 2.99 in PC but 3.99 ps4

If you'd rather PC version, if you contact Amazon customer services I'm sure they'll swap the codes and refund the difference
Given the item was incorrectly labelled by Amazon it won't be a problem to swap

When you select pc download; it does show a photo of the ps4 full game download.
But it's £3.99 on psn store anyway currently as it's on sale. If not, it would have been a great glitch
