Quidco are very bad payers at the moment.
I have 5 transactions with them, in limbo.

I'm not sure if you will get this if you haven't been contacted directly. T&C's say:

"Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco and will not be entitled to receive the £10 bonus."

No sign of the takeaway bonus for £5.i think it was order through just eat and order over £10 get £5 bonus and that was back in November and still waiting.......

i find Topcashback are far more reliable, better rates and pays out quicker

seems a bit dodgy - i decided to cash out via amazon voucher my balance after hearing they were doing these offers without paying up. Well i have waited well past 10 working days - and am now told its being reissued and to expect it in 5 working days. Not holding breath and wouldn't be surprised in having to chase again.

every bonus at the moment is either in a claim or refused. these bonuses seem to be doing more harm than good to quidcos already rocky reputation

Never ending saga of quidco £10 cashback. Avoiding is the best choice you can make.

Can only agree with what others have said, they have tarnished there reputation with these offers.

Either it never appears or it gets declined in my experience, I have switched to using Top Cash back exclusively now.

I know they all have issues but I certainly get less issues there.

did about 5 of these £10 back offers in December. As yet no £10's.

Still awaiting argos and currys after confirmed and paid. No £10 bonus for any.

The £10 bonus showed up as tracking as soon as the purchase confirmed. It then became payable after 3 days like promised in the t&cs.

Well thats one confirmed payout and lots of no shows, so if yours are now showing the rest of us look like we will never see them.

No smoke without fire, I will just skip using them in the future.

This is really the issue I always go into cashback with the expectation I won't receive it.

However this is pretty crazy if you offer a deal then there should be comeback on either the cashback company or the retailer.

I have been a member of these sites for over 10 years, and I still say personally for me Quidco has got worse and Top Cashback has improved. And countless others have disappeared probably with a load of money in their bank accounts they never paid out.

Well i have cashed out well over £500 from quidco over the years without issue - all I'm saying are from what I've seen RE these unpaid £10 offers, alarm bells are ringing. I ws burnt by rpoints back in the day with them going insolvent and my balance going with them. Hopefully things will be fine - maybe the shady £10 deals are just badly organised who knows? As you say it's unregulated in so far your balance is not covered by any protection.

Well seems I have just been paid. Was firm i.e. explained i had a set reminder to check in 5 days and would chase up - instead the amz code was "manually" given to me just now (i only queried this morning.

Hopefully no issue then but personally i say buyer beware.

I have had nearly £2500 payed out by Quidco . but the last 5 transactions, utility switch, car insurance, home insurance, some Etihad flights. are all at tracked, but not confirmed.
Great in the past, not so now.

My first £10 confirmed today exactly as promised in the terms, 3 days after it confirming. So wouldn't hesitate to do again
