Heat added, but on the app you can get two Big Kings for £1.99 which is much better value. And you can screenshot the voucher to use again and again.

It does not cost 50p for the transaction .The Burger King franchise is making about 100% profit plus he does not have to deal with cash...other than that McDonalds products are vadtly superior in my opinion.

Went in to a local BK in Notts the other day...used the app....lady who served me (for want of a better word) took my order...once I gave her the code...she got a burger for me (king burger/double or whatever it was)...chap next to me brought his burger back cos it was stone cold....no apology...just replaced it...as for my £2.99 deal...the burger was Luke warm at best...salad soggy...chips nice...drink was limited to cold drinks only according to lady who served me...(doesn't say this on the voucher though)...whole experience wasn't great...would have complained but was in a rush...best thing about this place was they weren't even busy so had no real excuse for serving up cold/luke warm food....maybe for £2.99 I can't expect much but I expected at least some hot food!

ive had this problem before, but its been from them adding fridge cold salad to the burger,
also as they make them fresh, the cheese doesnt have time to melt like it does at Muccy D's
at BK i normally go for the BigKing BOGOF for £1.99 and ask for it with no lettice, then leave them wrapped for 5 mins before eating so the cheese melts a bit

I really hate the picture\visual interpretation of food items on these menus. Well at least the stated "3 chilli cheese bites", as looking as the picture above, assuming at least one of the bites is in half (2 pieces) the picture indicates at least 4 whole bites and not the 3 sold as per detail.
Saying that, not bad a price for the burger!.

Depends on the franchise.
The BKs near me (Swansea) always charge 50p for payments under £5, which I think is ridiculous. Slightly further afield in Llanelli and Carmarthen, the BKs there are owned by a different franchisee and they don't charge at all.
