order cancelled as I expected. Viking are naff.

The message said they would issue a refund to my PP a/c.

Got the call today and refunding back to PP - Oh well...

Say's it is with a carrier and covering e-mail states 5 days, so who knows!

I don't think they took the delivery charge only for the telephones. Same here with my Paypal account. Viking asked me to initiate the refund with PayPal but PayPal said it was easy to do from their side. I would have to wait before I can open a dispute but it would take a long time to get the refund as they would give the seller time to respond etc. Called Viking customer service and they said it would be dealt with so fingers crossed the refund is quick. PayPal only paid out £14.99 cost of the triple set.

How much have Viking taken from your account? Taken £14.99 from mine, Yet the order was for £18.47??

Got a phone call from Viking explaining it was a misprint and they cannot honour that price so cancelled my order. It did state is was 'order with carrier', so don't expect any deliveries today.

Ah you might be right there as my account is a business one, sorry!

I looked every where in my account and cant see it, im a consumer customer thou, not business thou, wonder if thats why.

You have to link your nector card to your Viking account (same as eBay). Nector offers was where I found the code. Should be a section in your Viking Account settings to link your card number...
