I've owned this, sold it. Bought it again on DVD and sold it again. Now I've bought this again on blue ray. Think I'll keep it this time! Hot

I emailed amazon CS about the expired UV code and got a reply:
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that the UltraViolet code on the box expired on 31 Dec 2016 and want a working UltraViolet code.
I regret to inform that we can’t send the code separately. I apologized for this situation.
As I've requested a refund of £4.00 that equals to the discount of 20% to your payment card. Please allow your bank 5 to 7 business days to process it.
When the refund is completed, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know the date, amount and payment details. Completed refunds information can be viewed in Your Account once you've received a confirmation e-mail from us. You can view completed refunds in Your Orders,https://www.amazon.co.uk/your-orders, by selecting "Order Details". Please allow your bank 5 to 7 business days to process the refund.

My code redeemed on my Flixster account, but only one episode of season one is available to play.
Rest of season one "greyed out".
All other seasons available to play.
This one is going to be awkward to sort out.

EDIT: Problem solved, see reply #77
Just received mine from this deal and the UltraViolet codes have expired! It says clearly on the outer box cover that they expire on 31/12/2016. Anyone experienced this before with Amazon? It seems my only option is to return for a refund but I'd much rather have a replacement or partial refund instead.

Turns out, the codes aren't valid here: https://www.myuv.com/ but will work here: sonypictures.com/uvredeem
I found the first site via searching for UltraViolet in google.

Not happy. False advertising? Boxset just arrived and says the ultraviolet must be redeemed by 31/12/16 so two weeks too late.
Can this be right????

Yes it was this blu-ray set that I had issues with, if you google the problem you'll see it's quite common.
I don't know why they're still selling it but if you do have problems Amazon will take it back no problem.

Can you please expand on whether it was the Blu-ray set you had issues or the DVD set? A lot of the reviews suggest it is the DVDs that have major problems. I like a few people have bought the Blu-ray set at this bargain price, to play on my Xbox one and am confused why the discs would still be sold if there were so many issues... Thanks for any advice

So many shows to watch, so little time.
Up to series 4 walking dead, not yet seen sopranos, game of thrones, suits or this. What should I start on first?
I have however now seen several hundred thousand episodes of peppa pig, ben and holly, paw patrol and spongebob squarepants. Even spongebob grinds after a bit. Kids eh?

Three times. It genuinely gets better with each viewing.
Regarding this set, I had major problems playing it on Xbox One. Had to return it in the end. Quality is also just so-so.

Yup. Once in HD on Netflix and again in Ultra HD on Netflix. Plus, I watched the entire final season in an all nighter at a cinema when they launched the boxset.
The reviews of the boxset put me off buying it. I still have Netflix so can rewatch it anytime.
£20 is not far off three months Netflix.

Thanks OP just recently realised I've not got all the episodes on my NAS. Got to use £1 credit expiring tonight too result. Well that was short lived, the bar stewards didn't apply the £1 credit, but have sent me another possibly useless one. Just got in though the price has jumped to £33.53
How do I find more lightening deals for Blu-ray as when I search in lightening deals under DVD & Blu-ray the current deal for Breaking Bad does not show up. Where did the OP find this under? Thanks.
