hot. bought. Don't shoot me if I'm wrong... but I think this (31 s or 31b) is just the foil, not the cutter and foil cartridge (which would be 32s or 32b where s means silver, b means black).
just something to be mindful of as I bought a 32s recently also.

It's not very clear as the images contradict each other and the details and features section does say you get both. I have ordered and then emailed asking for clarification.
