Ordered a ladies gown on the 12th which didn't arrive so called today and they said it is out of stock. Ridiculous that they didn't call me to tell me that and I only found out because I called them.
If you haven't received your item within 3-5 days, you better call them.

For me, gown ran larger than expected. Free returns were a pain in the neck, didn't notice the small print about drop-offs at Asda only.

unable to find where i can insert the free delivery code i have tried on my laptop and phone. When i get to the check out stage after entering my card details etc i only have the option to submit order :disappointed:
