I eat my "breakfast" biscuits after I've had my "breakfast" pizza and drunk my "breakfast" lager.

All bowl of Cornflakes or Porridge is better for you and alot cheaper.
Tried these once. They are basically a biscuit which the hype says is good for you. Rubbish!

Are you supposed to have these instead of breakfast, dear me I've been using them to dunk in my tea while eating my full English, no wonder I'm not losing weight, need to read the labels more

The perfect breakfast for people who want to lose weight but prefer putting it on.

That did make me laugh. Sort of true, yes. Though I tend to eat these for brekky then soup for lunch, then nothing til dinner, so not too bad. They aren't very 'good for you're but otherwise I'd skip breakfast, so better than nothing. Although what has me got me wondering is whether they are substantially better, in terms of low glycaemic index, than a couple of digestives! probably not and probably 20x the price per frame!
