I'm a 43" chest and went for the XL but reading the comments on sizing I'm thinking I should have gone for XXL, bet they're OOS if I have to swap it...

yep my jacket (Guage ) arrived. The large was a perfect fit when normally I would buy medium. Great deal thanks for the deal.

I'm a 44" chest and took the punt on the XL. I would have instinctively gone for the L were it not for the fact that they were OOS, but the comments on here suggest XL. I tried to get a comparison of sizes on different sites but they vary from site to site, so it remains to be seen whether its okay or not!.

I am 45" chest and have this jacket in XL and it fits perfectly. It is fitted jacket and should be snug!

Wrong read the posts, I paid £110, turned up WAXED BARBOUR DUKE JACKET COLOUR SAGE, the web site is wrong!!

Looks like the wax version of this jacket is £199 but the non wax version is £110?

if this is right then get it, I've had one for 2 years & paid £200 for it, worth every penny! just re-waxed it and it's like brand new again.

Prices are cheaper than a local Barbour Outlet store near me.

I would also recommend going for a size larger than normal. I'm 39/40 chest and the Large is fine.

I ordered the Guage which is down from £249 to £100 plus 8.8 quidco. Only large black left.

Thanks Willo1927 been after one of these in Black for ages..went one size up as they are a bit smaller.

If people like this outdoors sorta of style, I'd recommend they have a look at Country attire own brand - I bought something in their sale - it's made in England and compared to a Barbour jacket I have the quality is head and shoulders above. 21 days returns so no risk.

I'm just about to order something while they are cheap.

Paid £160 for mine last November. Superb jackets.
