This stunning piece of modern architecture has the appearance of an item worth closer to £629.99. £62.99 is almost a criminally low price, and an absolute bargain for the discerning home owner. I wouldn't hesitate to push the buy button on this. You'll be the envy of any of your friends you have who have taste and appreciation for the finer things in life.

My wife bought one of these a few months ago. If I'm honest it's not worth 69p. Falling apart already and the wood has big dents in it.

Are you mad?!? It's a small "pine" table, the crappiest softest, CHEAPEST wood out there, your floorboards are made out of it. There's about £10 of timber here in total...

Neatly out of sight? Damn. It had me right up until this bit. I prefer to tuck my books and magazines haphazardly out of sight. :disappointed:

Arizona arrives assembled and has a different finish. As to whether either is a better quality product - I'd expect oak for £180 but £63 is good value for solid pine. Shame it doesn't say which species of pine!

yeah, I prob should have said same style & dimensions as Arizona (which is also pine.)
Hadn't noticed the ready assembled on the Arizona either.

I'm not sure what timber pallets are made from but this looks a similar quality to me.

I was hesitant at first, then I read the one single review.. Brought me back to my younger years and I too felt compelled to order one, even if it's just to experience the joy of a "chirp" again!

They use the cheapest timber possible for pallets and then pressure treat it for rot resistance

What's that you say, you were expecting fine quality, hand-made furniture for sixty quid from Argos? Looks nice enough for the money, if I needed a coffee table I'd be more than happy with it. Heat from me.

my mum actually bought one of these a few weeks ago in the sale, and it's a fairly solid piece of cheap furniture. she ultimately returned it though because the drawers can be pushed straight through - they lack stoppers/catches. the blurb mentions nothing about this, which she thought was a bit rubbish. You do get handles on both sides (you can just about make this out on the picture below), although you do have to install the handles yourself and the screws are made from the softest metal ever. I ended up sheering a few chunks out of the screw heads, which would have looked hideous if we'd have kept it. she sent it back after mulling it over for 24 hours regardless. ultimately for a coffee table it is far too tall and cumbersome to be in the middle of our living room.
EDIT: oh, and be very careful when you unbox it if you want to be able to return it. the packaging is rubbish.

Can you confirm how the colour looks. Out of the 4 photos, 2 (including the one you've posted) look a lot more orange than the other two.

Looks terrible. Nearly purchased until I looked at the second picture. Does look like it's made out of pallets

I almost ordered it directly at Argos. But then checked HUKD, and decided not to order. Instead, I found a Denham Coffee Table and posted it here. Might be a good alternative.

Does it come with its own sanding machine. That is a rough bit of kit. Be great for bonfire night. That is all, it is about fit for.

We received our this week. very happy with the item, no assembly required (the drawer handles were already in place) so think some of the comments above are for a different item. The drawers do push straight through which means they are accessed from both sides which is very handy. The height of the unit is perfect. Thanks OP, a good find at a great price.

Blimey, took a while to arrive. Yeah, all prebuilt solid wood. I'm really happy with the compact sideboard I ordered, actually wish I'd ordered two now.
