Because I couldn't get mine discounted even though I seemed to fit the eligibility so contacted Amazon and they said they were not running this promotion so I wanted an order number to prove to them they were. I thought it was doubtful but if you don't ask you don't get :smiley:

I had the same issue, but i added it to my baby wish list, went to my Amazon family page (possibly in the baby wish list section), on the left side I saw the claim button. Got it free. You might be out of luck now, but keep trying.
