How heavy are slabs? Wondering if I'll need something more rugged.

Good timing. The wifes just got a foldable treadmill thats just a little too heavy to safely move but on one of these it should be easy.

Aldi were selling these a couple of years ago too, and I picked one up then. It's come in very handy quite a few times for moving heavy appliances etc, and is pretty well put together. Great value at £12.99!

This is a great bargain. I actually need one of these to move my fridge in and out without damaging the vinyl floor. Will look at picking one up ASAP.
Thanks!

when it comes to sliding the fridge into its recess put a little bit of washing up liquid behind the feet - slides in much easier and less risk of damaging lino....

These are good for boxes or bags of sand/cement etc -- but it is likely to damage your fridge door as you try to tilt it. I was once going to move my washing machine - until I realised they don't have a solid bottom on them!

These are actually pretty flimsy, I guess you would expect that for the price. Does the job though

Alternatively, use a room spray around the legs/wheels as it reduces the friction and fridge will slide like a butter, works on any heavy appliances and believe me it works like a treat!

Let's call it fragrance spray or even furniture polish spray if can be easy to relate.
