Don't know if anyone has posted this. But rang up earlier today as I placed an order for 6 months subscription only to find out I have been black listed cause I have done to many trials and cancelled. Said I had to take out a full 12 months before they would remove blacklisting
Anyway after a search I found this

I think your missing the point. This is how you get a wireless speaker for a £1 and some paper for: puppy training, paper airplanes, making passing the parcel packages, cut up montages for pupils or students for projects or rolling up and beating your sibling with when they are being a nuisance.

Some shamefully negative comments in this thread - it's little wonder people get put off posting deals
stormywhether

If it's free this mag is too expensive.
I got bought a subscription to it but the writing is dire. And that's when I can actually read it: for reasons I cannot fathom, the publishers insist on using coloured type that often clashes with the background. If I wanted a book of pictures, I wouldn't be 'reading' this, would I?

I cancelled the DD after I got the email saying the order had been cancelled, just in case. I have just checked on their website using the account number printed on the magazine's packaging (and also on the confirmation email):
I'm not sure whether they have tried to charge me, since I cancelled the DD.

yep, not happy at all. had the cancellation email and that the order wasn't processed. magazine arrived today so assume i have been charged. yes, it might only be a quid but that's besides the point. they send out a few speakers but how many people signed up and were supposedly cancelled, then not actually cancelled and who may then forget to cancel DD. smells like marketing BS to me. if i have been charged i'll be getting my quid back! ****

Thank you for your recent subscription order to Stuff magazine.
Unfortunately this was a limited offer and due to the significantly high demand for the free KitSound cube speaker we have now run out of stock and cannot send you the free gift. We have therefore not processed your order - so you have not been charged and no payment will be deducted from your account. However the 3 issues for £1 price offer is still available, so should you wish to still subscribe to Stuff Magazine using this special price offer, please either visit our site or call0344 848 8806 and quote code: WEBT16 and Stuff Magazine, we will then process your order for you.
We apologise for any disappointment this may cause. If you have any queries, please call 0344 848 8806 or email [email protected]

Having recently taken out the offer and found explicit references to the speaker on the home page and during the subscription process I can confidently say it has ended.
However, 3 issues for £1 is decent value for money, even in this era of free online content. Looks nice on the coffee table and all that.

Does it say anywhere that the subscription can be cancelled or has some minimum term?

16 Jan 172#15
The OP's post title is '3 issues of Stuff Mag... for £1.00'. So funnily enough, it's a £1 for a minimum term of three issues (three months). Which can then be cancelled, otherwise it wouldn't be three issues. It would be more than three issues. Is a diagram required? In fact, you don't even need to cancel, you just stop the direct debit.
