Hi, for all those getting the "oops something went wrong error message". This means that you or someone in your household has bought this deal(I.e. £25 plus clash of titans) before. As the T&C's limit this to one code per user so even making another a/c is not going to work to get another code if one has bought previously. As I understand it they carry out a few checks to enforce this. The main one is an IP address check so if you are at home using wifi try over mobile data after switching wifi off. I am beginning to suspect there's other checks like what account, payment card etc and maybe even gamertag . I tried from work to get this deal obviously with a different IP address, different email different payment card and different a/c but it still didn't work. So I can only think they are linking to your Xbox gamertag somehow but I can't ever remember giving them that info.

I am not sure why the vpn doesn't work as I know their main check is IP address.

Yeah I tried with a different account/card on mobile data and still wasn't having it. Ah well. I do wonder if some reminiscence of the previous one (which was also wrath of the titans at the same price) might have lingered somewhere and nulled it. As on the first attempt it did say something about voucher being invalid.

i've managed to buy 2, but can't seem to grab a third, when using a VPN it keeps saying my username and password are wrong. even though when I go to Wuaki's normal login page it logs in fine...

Wanting 3 lots so I can grab Halo Wars 2 Ultimate, its £64.99, grabbing 3 of these makes it £56.97 and gives me £10 leftover credit for something else, in effect making Halo Wars 2 Ultimate (with Season Pass, Halo Wars 1 Remastered and extra DLC) only £46.97!!!

There's definitely an IP address check because I tried it again last night with the wife's phone on mobile data - on an existing Wuaki account . She is with a different carrier than me and i haven't used her phone to purchase before. it worked no problem. Previously I couldn't get it to work on the house wifi or my own mobile data as I had used these methods to purchase 1 code before. Even if i create another account with a new email and a new card using the wifi connection I just get an error. So not sure how you are managing it can only assume you have a dynamic IP address or are behind a vpn.

I agree there's some ip check but I done it 3 times total now only used different emails each time luck I guess I bet if I tired another time it won't work tho but I don't need anymore so cba to try it lol
