delivered day early - flowers were a little wilted, but other than that ok

My flowers turned up at a reasonable hour, but I ordered a vase to come with them (glass vase) and they sent me this pathetic pop up thing!
Now, I'm not only actually cheap! She knows it

I complained via this Contact Us webpage but 24+ hours later I have had no reply at all.

dont worry guys, at least u didnt spend £22 on next flowers and get some roses that looked like they cost £5.

my valentines day flower were delivered at a shocking time, after 8pm which is terrible service. There was also supposed to be 20 roses but there was 17 and 1 stem was chopped clean at the head. I also ordered chocolates but there were none.

i've had a "Home Bargains Flowers - Detailed Order Confirmation" email but it didn't state the date i requested ... I really wish i'd ordered them for yesterday now

still waiting on mine ....

I ordered them to be delivered to her workplace today NOT yesterday. Hope that helps.

Shocking quality last year

Myself and my partner have used Home Bargain Flowers lots, easily a good dozen times, purchased different bunches too as some of the family and friends like different flowers or colours, every order has been well worth the money with no complaints at all. With regards to buying flowers from the likes of Lidl - that's fine, but with this order you do get a personalised message card and delivery on your preferred date - which you do not get with Lidl, so it's not much of a comparison.

Odd, placed several orders starting with the valentines days last year, all have been spot on

Ordered last year, brilliant quality, well worth a tenner, ordered again, cheers

35 cm stems are sane as what Lidl does dozen for less than £3
So 24 for under £6- cold for me

Terrible Flowers. Dont bother. I am glad it's posted again this year and I will try to save many people as possible. If you are making a joke of someone, send them these flowers otherwise avoid.

They do a small valentines bouquet for £12.99 delivered which isn't bad? Or is it? :smirk:
