Not as good as previous deal, but still fairly cheap!
EA Access gets you 12 months of access to EA games, like Plants VS Zombies, Titanfall and more!

Hello.... I'm confused please help with advice.... I purchased xbox one s for my son for xmas, he has xbox live 12 month's subscription , so what do I do with this EA subscription ?
zombrex to lynn44
9 Jan 171#10
If you bought this you'll have access to the 20+ games in the ea vault, along with 10% off EA title's/dlc for the next 12 month's plus game trials of upcoming EA games
google EA Access for list of title's currently in the vault
eddy89 to lynn44

it lets you play a list of games while the subscription is active, think of it as long term rental

Hi there!
EA Access and Xbox Live are different services. You can activate EA Access in the same way you do with Xbox Live, by redeeming your 25 digit code on your console, or at http://www.xbox.com/redeemcode
EA Access gets you access to a whole catalogue of games to play for free (apart from the initial cost). You can also trial recent releases, and get discount on all EA purchases from the Xbox Store.
I hope this helps.

Really depends on the games you play if this makes it worth the money.
Just annoyed it doesn't include DLC for games esp if your not even buying the games. Can't see much being added til later in the year as prob have to wait til Dec for Battlefield 1 to appear.
I finished Mass effect 1 and started the 2nd but for some reason you need an always online connection to play otherwise you keep going back to the menu screen which is useless for me as our internet is terrible.
I love the quality of SWBF with the picture and sound quality but as a fan of Battlefront games, what made the previous 2 so good was the other modes like conquest etc, where you basically go from planet to planet taking turns against friends or computer taking the planet over, with the odd space battle in between. These sessions could go on for hours, i remember 3 of us putting the game on hard starting at 10pm and still playing 6am the next day, working together, using special bonuses wisely, was just epic. Sad thing is, you'll never see that as long as EA are in control because it would involve literally giving you all the content day one, Battlefront 2 had like more than 12 planets you could go to, fairly average size esp being on the original xbox, cant see EA giving us that many places to battle on day one, they'd rather cut the content out altogether and release it in bits over a year as dlc

Hi,
where/how do you get the Facebook code?
Ea, HUD, Xbox....?
Got an xbox one for Christmas and bought EA Access after a friend at work told me about it. Great games including Battlefront now included well worth the money. More games added regularly. Got it on Amazon for £17.50 before Christmas but at this price it is still worth the money. Have some heat op.

I'm not sure why, I have never bought ea access but all ea games(FIFA battlefield etc) all have an install button to the left of the buy button that let's ms download and play the games for free. I would love to know why this is
frakison to mazdarazmataz

They might show as "install" but can you actually play them? All the games show on mine as the same, but I had had a trial of the service, if I try to play, it tells me insert the disc. Other thing could be if you game share??

Is there an alternative for PS4 ?
Rotmm to coltceavers
1 Feb 17#46
You have PS+ with the online and free games per month.
But there's not an alternative that works for EA games as Sony won't allow it on their console sadly.

I'm confused. My kids have been playing Plants v Zombies on two 360s without paying for EA membership. It's not been possible for a couple of weeks though saying it is unable to connect to the EA network servers. Is it a recent thing to have to pay and is it needed for each xbox? thanks.
