Check your local tkmaxx I saw a few in two shops by mine last week, £10/12 rings a bell?
I was tempted too but didn't look great on closer inspection.

If you want a boat/canal/water play system I can recommend the AquaPlay sets. They are much more pricey than this but great fun for the garden (quite big). This looks like fun for the money, though. Heat.
