Been using imported phone with no band 20 never found any problems was getting just over 20mb on virgin 3g
Even faster now virgin on 4g but to be honest 3g 20mb plenty fast for every thing inc tv catch up you tube ect
Why would you need 75mb on phone ? unless tethered quite few laptops

These are good value for money devices. But lacking that Band 20 is key. Even on a carrier like Three which uses more than just Band 20 there will be areas where the lack of it will mean you're limited to 3G speeds. For some this isn't a thing. For me it is. Where I work I get 3G speeds of about 6mb and about 75mb on 4G. That's the dealbreaker right there. The area I work in uses Band 20 so if it's missing I'm limited to 3G.
As stated above the Cat12 misinformation is nonsense, but the OP3 does have all the major UK Bands and is not hamstrung in any way. willmyphonework.net for peace of mind.
Heat for deal, not for device.

"Just do your research". *Sigh*... like the research you did in determining OnePlus 3 cuts corners since you were so adamant about stating that in your Asus thread even though you ended up getting one? Also what research made you come to the conclusion that a phone which supports TDD-LTE is wasting more battery? Since clearly your "research" must be top notch for you to buy a phone you criticised so much.
How exactly does the fact UK networks use 800mhz or anything to do with LTE speeds, equate to "no UK bands"? How does lack of ONE 4G band make a phone a tablet? How is it that a phone "made to work only in China" can be used in UK perfectly fine. And what relevance is cat 12 LTE speeds when only select few flagships have the technology to even utilise it and no UK networks even supply it?
Even OnePlus 3 with 800mhz can't access cat 12 LTE because it doesn't have the x12 modem, it has x7. But you're saying lack of 800mhz means "It will not work at fast Lte cat 12 speed because of missing bands" lol. EE only started rolling out cat 9 whereas Vodafone, O2 and Three have no plans yet but you speak of inability to access cat 12 lte speeds because of missing bands and you're telling me to do my research...

Selling Chinese products in UK made to work only in China and India is not correct. Oneplus is covering all UK bands and sells and warranty on its phones. Not grey product like this imported without manufacturer involvement or warranty.

Band 800 is with every UK network. It will not work at fast Lte cat 12 speed because of missing bands so no carrier aggregation not possible. Just do your research than be touts of Chinese products made for China only.

To him it's not dependant on network. He cannot comprehend that no band 20 is still suitable for some others. In his mind no band 20 = no UK bands = phone is essentially a tablet = it only works in India and China. He posts the same thing is almost every phone thread that lacks B20 and won't accept that people can use these phones perfectly fine and fully functioning, in UK.

This comment is even more funny now considering you're recommending OnePlus and calling others idiots.
