Apparently AMD offer a download code to get one of the Hitman games for free with purchases of a RX470 so this should be eligible as well.
This one's manufactured by XFX, a company I wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

The XFX cooler on this is a LOT louder than the MSI, Sapphire and Strix variants. Noted this on both 460 and 470.

No, they aren't.
Their PSU's have always been good due to the actual manufacturer being half decent. I would go so far as to say I'd even recommend them (I have one myself). But their GPUs are tripe, using bottom of the line parts and that's why they are always the cheapest. Don't fall for that like I did unless you want to be stuck in a cycle of RMAs.
For the AMD crowd I would recommend Sapphire, failing that one of the bigger brands (Asus, MSI, Gigabyte) should be a safe bet. Though always read reviews!

I think including the game this is a good offer and I personally would choose RX 480 only if I could save up for 8GB version.

There's almost zero performance difference between the 480 4GB and 480 8GB except in a select few games (AC: Syndicate being one of the few exceptions). As yet, the extra 4GB RAM isn't utilised in the vast majority of titles. It's unclear if that will change or not in the future, how much impact it will have, and whether or not it'll just be badly optimised console ports that make use of the extra memory.
This coming from an 8GB owner. I'd probably pay the extra £20. But I wouldn't pay much more than that.

I didn't claim there wasn't a difference in memory clocks. Nor did I claim there was no difference in performance. I stated that there was barely any difference in performance in the majority of games (based on findings by Gamers Nexus) and that the 8GB wasn't necessarily worth a significant amount more.
