Technically this is a deal not a freebie, as you have to pay for the Gold sub to get it.

We all know that but it's definitely a freebie.

It's as free as those free PS plus themes that get posted in freebies :stuck_out_tongue:

I was able to get this one without doing anything other than following the link and going through the usual purchase route. No region changing or nothing. Nice work with the direct link

technically it is free though, all these games with gold are free. They never had to offer any free games. I pay the same price for my gold membership as i did from day one of owning the 360. Back then we never got any games included monthly with the price, wasn't til almost the end of the 360 cycle they started the free games. You own an xbox one, thats 4 free games a month, 48 games a year, though more like 50 as often they will do a month where you get a few extras. Its not like PS+ where you pay for a membership and stop paying, then you cant access your games again, if i stop paying to on my xbox, i can play them whenever i want still.

Actually it is, if you stop your gold subscription you lose access to the free xbox one games. You can still access the free xbox 360 games though.

Sorry to ask this, but will this be against the t&cs? I'm a cautious person. (Asking for myself, rather than to make trouble)

Boom, heated thanks! Another free game I can't install as there is no space - any Xbox with less than 2tb should not be sold!!!!
I believe that you are both right. For a xbox 360 you can play the games forever without a subscription. For a xbox one you need a current subscription.

Eh? No they aren't free. I currently don't have a Gold sub. I cannot get these games without paying for one. Therefore they're not free.
Have advertisers become so good at misusing the word that people have forgotten what 'free' actually means?
I'm not trying to be pedantic but when 'free' is misused like this it gives the impression that something is better than it actually is. It's not like MS are a charity giving away free games out of their own pocket .
Opening post
Will appear in your ready to install list. Here is the link again in case it gets changed, or just change region to Germany and grab it that way.
