Good price for the Xbox One console with the two games and an extra controller.
The deduction of the controller alone brings it down to the £200 mark. Merry Christmas.

My custom battery cover arrived today funnily enough. Ordered black Friday so you're looking at about a 3 week wait for that item. I thought they'd forgot!

You need to be logged in through your Microsoft Xbox live account when you're buying it e.g. The email that your gamertag is associated with.
They may be able to help if you've not done this I'm not sure. Contact customer services.

Always worth trying for it, especially when the deal is good enough to buy even if you don't get the Cashback.
The controller I'd value at £35, the game conservatively at £30ish.
You need to pay £5 for a lead so effectively £172 for console and controller. If Cashback and amex work you're talking £112 which would be exceptional.
I wonder whether you also get the 50,000 xbox points which are worth £30. I earned them recently from my purchase of an xbox one s bundle from the UK Microsoft store.

I would load the £30 off a £100 spend on my American express and try paying in £.
It's still the Microsoft store so I'd rate your chances of it working. You could talk to amex if it doesn't work and they may give the £30 to you manually to sort it out.

I have heard people have got Cashback paid on purchases from the French Microsoft store. It doesn't specify that it needs to be from the UK site so potentially £30 Quidco! http://www.quidco.com/microsoft-store/

Cheers, it did cross my mind, but I wasn't sure so I didn't really wish to confuse. In hindsight, I guess it was worth a mention
