be careful, I ordered an "acceptable", there were no scratches/defects but the console itself didn't work (console banned, not sure how amazon doesn't check) but be wary if you order one in that condition

I ordered a like new 3 game kinect bundle supposedly with games last month, it came with no controller, headset or game codes. They refunded me the cost of the games, as if they were physical discs and the controller. The actual xbox and kinect were still wrapped as if new. It is just a heads up, also if you do have an issue and the don't resolve it on the online chat it is worth speaking to someone over the phone.
