10 fps is the number of images shown per second, you'd expect normal video is 25-30 and super-smooth is 60. Video at 10 will look like a quick slideshow and be largely unusable.
Spend a few pounds more and get a version of the Hubsan X4 H107.

Are you serious?
The flight time quoted here is completely normal for a product of this class & price.
If anything it's unusually honest!
Many retailers will give exaggerated flight times of 10+ mins by quoting just the best case scenario (no wind, simple hover, prop guards off, no camera)
Want more flight time? Buy more LiPo batteries; they're cheap and (assuming it uses the same cell & connector as the syma x5c) widely available.
All that said, I think I'd go for the mjx x600 hexacopter from eBay; multiple UK sellers @£22.99.
Bigger battery, longer flight time, significantly larger payload capacity (it can just about manage to carry a gopro!), and a very stable flyer.

i have one. it has a 1C LiPo that takes an age to charge, mine was a 550mA. You can buy 750mA lipo 1C batteries for a couple of quid, so you can take spares.
It has lights which flash when the battery is low, so you dont have to crash.

The Hubsan X4 H107 is only 6.5 x 6.5 x 4 cm in size and no camera so its a micro the Hubsan X4 H107C has a 0.3 MP camera almost £10.00 more but you then have to buy a micro SD card. you can get the upgraded version with a 2mp camera and no Micro SD card for about £38.00. This looks like a smashing wee drone. It can certainly shift too, if the videos are anything to do go by. Alright, picture quality isn't going to be up to Go Pro or DJI standards, but it looks perfectly acceptable. If I enjoy this one i'll be getting the Syma X8HG next as an upgrade.

The cameras on these are rubbish - you get the 'jelly' effect from cheap 'scanning' sensors (is about the best way I can describe it) but for the money it's unbeatable. I had an AR Drone (from when they first came out, and still do) but the problem was, it was so expensive I was afraid to fly it anywhere or do anything. At £25 the worst thing you can do is total it and lose £25 (ok, the worst thing you could do is fly it into another human being and be sued for thousands but you get the point).

And that is why business is go bust everyday  (we get it is a toy btw)
I don't see what your point is?!?! The cost of the drone TO US was peanuts compared to getting a cherry picker or full scaffolding. The survey company recoup their cost over time, the only people at risk of going bust are the rip-off scaffolding companies who charge a fortune so I wont lose any sleep
As for the "toy" bit, I think you're wrong, read some of the comments, some people are clearly expecting £900+ equipment (minimum) for £24!!
