I'm ashamed to admit this but I tried this out with keyboard and mouse and was so terrible. Switched to controller and muscle memory kicked in, I'm so good at this game xD

OK. As far as I understand this (and I don't understand a lot). This fully enables you to join and create lobbies and includes the Halo 5 multiplayer on PC. However, it doesn't (as expected) contain the campaign for Halo 5 and unfortunately it also doesn't include matchmaking, but there is a server browser for you to manually join.
