Was just browsing the bourbons on Amazon and spotted this with a 23% discount. This is my favourite bourbon apart from the rare breed version and the price is better than the £30+ it costs currently. It's much better than the 81 version on offer at the moment @Tesco for £15.

If you like those 2 you'll find the 81 bland, go straight to the 101.

Buy this (101 not 81) every time I go states on holiday (for around $20). Great stuff with cola. Not sure I'd pay £27 for it though...

Tip - add a few drops of water to this before drinking otherwise it's very tight. Prefer buffalo trace myself

Buffalo Trace has been my favourite for years. Bulleit Bourbon is my second favourite. I haven't tried any of the Wild Turkey stuff yet, though apparently the 81 is in Tesco cheap so I might just sample that this Christmas. I am sorely tempted by this 101.

if you get the chance, try wild Turkey honey. it's amazing and unlike Jack Daniels, it's blended with real honey.
put it with some ginger ale and you have a lovely christmassy drink.
