I stopped by Waitrose earlier looking for titbits. I tend to use the PYO app to look for offers so I saw these nuts were on the list and added them. What I didn't realise until after I purchased was they also had a BOGOF promotion as well which made them even tastier
Price on shelf was £1.99 each. But if you apply the nuts to your PYO list and buy in multiples of two then it all gets reduced to ~60p each at the till.
Lets not go nuts over these people. Haven't tried the chilli ones yet but the Californian honey ones are simply additive  Great snack food for Christmas parties

PYO stands for "Pick Your Own" which gives myWaitrose card holders (free to signup) 20% extra off items on the PYO list. You must pick these items first either using the Waitrose Pick Your Own phone app or via the Waitrose Grocery website. See link below for more information and registration:
Yes, this deal is for purchase instore. I'm not sure if you would get the same price for online groceries with the PYO deduction

The PYO works for both online and instore, but when there is a multi buy offer its best to buy instore as the 20% is taken off before the multi buy kicks in, while online there is no glitch and the 20% off will in this case be applied on the total of £1.99 or 2 for £1.60, 80p each, which too makes a very good deal

Is it free delivery over a certain purchase amount?

So it's 80p per pack (post 12) not 60p per pack (title and description) ?

It's seems to be that you buy 2 packs for £4 but get 20% (80p) off, then the £1.99 is deducted for Bogof so it is £4-80p-£1.99 = £1.21 for 2. Amirite?
