I have a problem with Belvoir in that they buy from anyone. I know they say ask permission but a lot of pickers do not ask just enter and take the flowers from hedges in your fields. They also pick from roadside hedges. Lord knows how much lead from cars and agricultural chemicals are on the flowers (I do not use chemicals on weeds or bugs but most farmers do). The birds also suffer in autumn as their food has been stripped. In case you doubt that they source the flowers this way go to their own site. https://www.belvoirfruitfarms.co.uk/elderflower/picking/

Heat given as it prompted someone else to add that it's also available at Tesco as well which is much nearer to me :stuck_out_tongue:

Full of sugar. Drink in moderation. . All the sugar cancels what ever benefits it has.

a lot of drinks do unfortunately - pure juice included. Like you say moderation is best :-)

Tesco also sells the light version which has 30% less sugar, but not sure if this is available at Waitrose.

The Raspberry Lemonade is lovely, but not as keen on the Elderflower as I used to be. These are also on offer at Tesco for £1.14
