That's because they are rubbish.Dont get a 4.6mil fine for doing a good job and appear on watchdog everyweek.Even Martin lewis had a piece about them last night on TV. Utter clowns who with abit of luck might go out of business when the fines for ruining people's credit files comes to light.

I'm with Vodafone for another 38 days. Is there a way to get this deal and keep my number?
Or do I still have to do that annoying trick to port to EE payg then port back in to Vodafone. (Which also messes with credit files as it's a new contract)

No, and deal expires 24th according to Vodafone so Mobiles will change the deal as well. Just about to buy for my daughter as she already pays for Spotify; she is already on a deal with Vodafone (no problems at all.....) and so had to lose her number as there is not enough time to switch and re-switch (she isn't bothered).

People vote 3 hot with their patchy at best coverage or ee with their rip off roaming charges. Then this gets the usual slating.
This deal is better in every way *except * Vodafone awful call centres. As long as Vodafone coverage works for you this is great deal.
Should mention inclusive roaming and entertainment bundles in the op too.

Sorry, but I called them up, gave my number and they called me back within the specified period and I cancelled one contract and ported another number. I don't understand the bad press.

Got the same deal with ee
With included 08 numbers
EU roaming
Plus you get the extra bt and hotspots around London too..
At £20- if you say you can get it from bt at £20 you get the above too... Just make sure about the 08 number as I believe their charging for this now :/
Their currently offering me an early upgrade at £16.49
I'm gnna wait and see how low they'll go!!
As stated, we have done the same for the last year. DO NOT put 2 numbers on the same account or it gets messy as the same Pdf file loads up to both and it's an expensive exercise calling them up to sort it (just found a non-13p/min alternative, but a bit late!).

just send a pdf copy of your bill to mobiles.co.uk via a link on their webpage. you have 60 days to send the required bill in. i have used them on several occasions and cashback has always been paid.

Seems logical...wanting loads of people who have nothing to do with that sector of the business to lose their jobs due to the faults of one department.

At certain months you, upload your bill pdf to an account you have made on the mobile.co.uk site, you get 60 days to do so, they will email you to say if if the claim is successful and send a cheque out for the agreed cash back amount, not the full amount the proportion of the full amount divided by the amount of claims
I have this and received my first cheque a few weeks ago. Nice simple process

Ordered in September and I'm still paying £37 a month after broken promise after broken promise from mobiles.co.uk to sort it out. This is an excellent deal, just make sure they charge the correct price.

I spoke to Vodaphone in a shop mentioned this offer. They said that their £22 offer expires on 24th so this will, too.

Do as stated below; if you just have one account linked to the cashback it's fine. If you have 2 separate ones on the account it's a pain as the same pfd file gets loaded up to both.
Below your previous post, that is.

Can anyone confirm that you also get sky sports mobile or spotify with this deal as you would have got it otherwise from vodafone.co.uk? Thanks

Is this one better or e2save better to deal with cashback?

I've dealt with mobiles.co.uk for cashback claims on 3 Vodafone SIMs over the last few years with no issues.
Yes you get the Spotify etc with the 20GB tariff only. If you already pay for Spotify you need to cancel your subscription to make it a free account. It then stays premium for however much of the month is left you've paid for in advance. Once its changed to free you can apply the Voda offer to make it premium again.
When I've applied I never get credit checked again - the new SIM gets added to my existing Voda account.
When it's time to claim you download the PDF bill from Vodafone, and then upload it to the claims section of mobiles.co.uk. Put it in a calendar which bills they want sending or you're likely to forget.
Also I have a few numbers on my Voda account so there are a few on the PDF bill, but I've have never had difficulty in getting the cashback - as long as the phone number on your mobiles.co.uk profile matches the phone number on the Voda bill. i.e. If you port in a number to Voda you need to update your mobiles.co.uk online account with the new number.
The cheques take a while to come after submitting the claim, but I've never chased any of them, just waited and they've always arrived.
Don't forget Quidco or Topcashback for a little extra saving.
