i think this comes up in every very thread and you always get lots of replies championing the fact very are actually quite good. i've never had an issue with them personally

I would imagine being Very they are overpriced to start with or broken returns that they resell, heard so many horror stories from friends/colleagues about Very.

I dont see what peoples problems are with very as they are a very good company with great customer service... the problem i have is with the couriers they use (yodel) total rubbish.

I haven't had trouble with Very either.

i have never had a problem, infact very are always really helpful, i despise yodel tho, so i always click and collect.

I know they inflate prices as they're a catalogue, but some deals are very competitive and offer the flexibility of affordable monthly payments. They also have collect plus which means you can save the delivery charge. It's probably cheaper to pay the slightly higher price (if it is) and pay it off before interest kicks in than it is to get a payday loan and end up paying £8.5 million in interest on a £200 loan.

I need to spread the cost of Christmas and have used Very quite a bit this year (not before using this site obviously to make sure I'm getting a good deal for my requirements!)
