£12.99 is worth it for Tremors 1 and 2 alone, never mind 3 and 5 as well....we don't talk about 4.

You've convinced me. Just bought it on its own from amazon, as I do already have the other four. (Yep, 4 was bad)

I bought the US 1-4 "Attack pack" blu-ray set, as the original film has slightly better picture quality (still far from good though).
Original film really needs a remastered blu-ray, but I doubt it will get one.

None of the sequels are in the same league as the original but they are all fun b movies. Rarely anything goes for four sequels and half as dumb fun as these (I didn't even dislike Jamie Kennedy in 5 as I was expecting). Fred Ward returns in #2 and a bunch of the original cast return in #3 (including now grown up Ariana Richards) and Burt (Michael Gross) is in them all, in 4 he plays an ancestor of Burt as its a prequel set in the wild west version of Perfection, Nevada.

The only constant in the series is Michael Gross/Burt Gummer. 3 has a bunch of the cast from the original back. It's watchable fun, but a bit of a drop off after 2. 4 is boring as sin, a prequel set in the Wild West that sees Michael Gross play against the image of Burt by having his ancestor be a prissy jerk.
5 is pretty good, way better than 4 and 3. The creatures are a different breed, so have been redesigned. The CGI is pretty good, Michael Gross is great, and even Jamie Kennedy is decent as his sidekick.
Basically, the only one I wouldn't watch again is part 4. The first is a classic, 2nd is a great follow up, 3 is OK but has enough of the Tremors charm to be fun, and 5 is a decent soft reboot. IMO of course.
