Just been e-mailed through this deal. My local travel agent have come together with WeSwap and are offering a deal for £10 free top up when you add £50 to your card. They seem to have good exchange rates as well! Just applied for mine. I think it may be a limited offer though.

Very good rates , they charge £2 or their abouts if you withdraw less than 200 euros at the cash machine above that it's free .
My card arrived in about 3 working days , loaded the cash and got an additional £10 .
Reviews on money saving expert are good also.

From the WeSwap website:
"If your card is lost or stolen please call our lost & stolen line immediately on 020 3053 6610 or +44 (0)20 3474 0747 and we will block it so that it can’t be used. Please also contact our Customer Support team by clicking here if you wish to order a replacement card. A replacement card will allow you access to your remaining balance. There will be a £5 fee for replacement cards, which helps us cover the costs involved in the process."

It's based on a phone app , and then a chip and pin MasterCard .
You use app to load the currency etc

inactivity charge, if you don't use it for 12 months they start charging £2 per month, costs £5 to cancel.

Used weswap for a few holidays now. Such a great concept and really well executed. No need for exchange services that add a premium on top of crappy exchange rates.
