I'd go for microwave steriliser quicker and more simple, trust me when it's 4 in the morning and you've had no sleep for a couple of day, simple is good.

We have this and tbh its simple also not sure whats difficult about it. All you do is put some water into the streriliser press a button wait few mins and your done ... Unless Microwave Steriliser does it quicker.
Anyhoo this set is awesome esp as the bottles have a vent hole so the baby will injest less air during the feed.

go for glass bottles!! they don't start to whiff after a while & you don't have to worry about the potential adverse affects of plastic
