Saw these in my local Loughborough branch last night reduced to £39.99 from £69.99 and had to pick one up. They had a massive pile of them with the usual ALDI reduced red price ticket so reduced to clear at managers discretion. Obviously have quite a few to get rid of hence the price drop.
Haven't used one before but the reviews i've seen on DIY sites and friends comments make them sound pretty good. Its one of the Titanium+ range of toold which are the ALDI premium range. You get the Circulaw Saw, a 3.0ah battery and a charger. All comes in a tough sturdy red plastic storage box.
I haven't opened mine yet, but going by the comments on the DIY sites, when you open the box there is also a leaflet offering you spare batteries for £40 each. Not bad a bad deal imo. Here's the official description from ALDI website:-
Cordless 18V multi-purpose saw with 2 hour charge time.
Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery and mains charger
No load speed 4200rpm
Cutting depth 48mm at 90°/36mm at 45°
TCT saw blade 150 x 1.6 x 10mm
Spindle lock for quick blade change
Soft grip handle and soft finish for greater user comfort
Dust extraction adaptor
LED laser light
Includes Premium Carry Case
i believe this also comes with the ALDI 3 year warranty.

No good now I know, But these were this price a few months back on there website, So any you find in store are gonna be ones dug up from the back of the shop.
Was gonna get one, But a battery circular saw has to have a really good battery as they draw so much current.

Aldi deals are store/manager specific. Unlikely you'll find this elsewhere.

You'd be better off buying 2 of these, no?
