Even if it was a disc, you still wouldn't be able to resell it - anything that comes as a Steam, Origin code or similar means the disc is basically just to save you the complete download.

Ah yes, awesome. I remember when there was a massive uproar because (I think) mgs phantom pain was the first pc game to not come with a disc, only a code. Seems to be the norm now.
