You've bought 3 Timex in 5 years! - why?
Some people just never learn. :disappointed:

So you want a "decent" watch, probably not a £20 timex that would typically only get worn a few times a month.

Which explains why virtually all decent watches have a date?

I have one of these and love the look but it is a little small for my wrist and yes it does tick loudly. It has to go in a sock drawer at night.

Yep. Lovely watch but movement is very loud. Goes well with a cheap leather strap of ebay

Great watch, but be warned, these have the loudest tick in the world.

Every timex made in the last 5 years seems to have a very loud tick, it's a shame as I've always bought timex in the past, but the loud tick of the last 3 I've bought is enough to put me off buying timex again.

No date - no buy!

If you can't remember the date - no hope.

Great price for a great watch. Already have one but still tempted! Use mine for camping/festivals and nights out with high risk of ending up passed out somewhere. Can't risk losing my seamaster.
