Three have launched a new app called Wuntu and one of the deals on there is a £13 a month sim only deal for 12 months. Looks like it's a nano sim but can be used in any phone with an adapter.
The contract has 30GB of data, 200 mins and unlimited texts. (And tethering) It also includes three's feel at home which you can use your data in 42 destinations at no extra cost.
After 12 months it turns into a rolling contract.
Looks to be a really good deal (this may be for existing customers only with the wuntu app)

£15 per month on normal website. may be worth going for this as you can get £65 cashback on quidco which makes it cheaper than the £13pm through the app.

Has anyone taken up this offer yet? I've read the terms & conditions and can't see it state that the price will go up to the regular price of £22 after the 12 months. The ideal situation would be that after 12 months it stays at £13/14 on a rolling basis

plewis00 I thought it would be common sense what poor customer service means but I'll explain it to you seems no one else has asked. Long waiting times being passed pillar to post constantly repeating yourself to the same customer service advisor such info as name, address, problem, can never get hold of a manager once requested promised a call back which never happens did not resolve the problem 48 hours told I would be called back. I think that highlights bad customer service do you?

In May l was moved off all you can eat data.
They advised me l only ever used more than 1GB of data once so l selected 4GB plan for £12. 3 out of the last 4 months l have used all my data.
I called them last week and they moved me over to this 30GB plan with 600mins for £16pm. So l am reasonably happy although still annoyed about being forced off ayce data!

I was PAYG then signed up to a discounted contract as an existing customer. Even got cashback. Once I got the sim I phoned up and moved my number to the new contract.
The three network itself isn't too bad, their customer service though is dire and there are frequently problems with double billing due to their awful back office systems. If you hadn't experienced a double billing issue or had to contact their customer services then you would probably have a very positive view of three. Personally though I would rather know if I have a problem my network can sort it out even if it's a few pennies more in cost.

Just done mine.
Three sales can`t see the wuntu offers so has to be done as an entirely new contract. If you have an exisiting contract then at the end of that one, you can port your number to the new contract and the price doesn`t change.
At the end of this contract it reverts to 30 day rolling sim ( so if they do raise the price its easy to leave )

I can only comment on my usage. I work in Windsor a couple of days a week and when driving back to Leeds I very rarely get a dropout if I'm on the phone in the car. If I use my other phone (on Vodafone) then I get no end of dropouts. Again though it depends on where you are etc but from my perspective it's much better coverage than Vodafone

Got my PAC from Three last night, but they did offer a £13 package with 8GB data, unlimited everything else on a 30 day rolling contract. I was about to switch to the £10 4GB deal at Plus.net (they use EE, so may have better coverage, though I rarely have any issues with Three). Now I'm not sure what to do, the offer from Three seemed pretty good to me, though I can get by with 4GB... Decisions, decisions...
The deal offered by Three is basically half the usual price.
djdave2929

I thought the deal ended at the close of business today (the £15 per month one for 30GB and 200 minutes).
To be fair to Three, I've just called up to try and get a tariff for my son and they've offered the deal as a gesture, even though it expired yesterday.
If someone else has missed it, it's probably worth a punt to give them a call.
The number I called was 0800 033 8002.

never happened in my case..my 24 months contract finished a day after this expired- the 22nd Dec, got my PAC ready a week earlier, was looking for the good deals around for S7/S7 edge with £35 top to spend and 6gb minimum data required - spent over 30min on the phone with a guy who kept offering absolute ridicolous offers/special deals with nothing better than 8gb/600 min for £13 a month as upgrade sim only 12 months contract.

24 Dec 16#86
If you are already with Three and there are some months left on your sim only contract for example, then you have to pay an Early upgrade fee(one off) if you decide to take advantage of their current offers. Its still worth it because these deals expire obviously. I've gone for the 600mins 30GB data, unlimited texts with feel at home/hotspot bundle. At time of writing this this bundle costs £18 per month (12 month contract).
Hope this helps someone.

24 Dec 16#87
Hi, I think cash back works differently. You may have to send the phone bill in the appropriate months to claim back the cash.
Opening post
The contract has 30GB of data, 200 mins and unlimited texts. (And tethering) It also includes three's feel at home which you can use your data in 42 destinations at no extra cost.
After 12 months it turns into a rolling contract.
Looks to be a really good deal (this may be for existing customers only with the wuntu app)
