In a statement, also displayed in Thorntons shops, the company said: "Thorntons is recalling its Hollow Milk Chocolate Jolly Santa 200g models because the product may contain a piece of plastic which could represent a safety risk."

The recall affects products with the barcode 5016346234721

my local didnt have price there but it ran out very quick tho.

Just seen these in Thorntons for 6 quid each or 3 for 2. So this is a bargain.. Nice find.

I was going to post this but I've just spotted the Argos deal on another thread where the same 200g chocolatey figures are down to £1.99. Still a good deal if you're passing by though or don't have an Argos nearby (is that even possible? Ha!)
