The 20% discount is on anything in store, but it doesn't stack with other discounts - so, in this case, the 30% off is the only discount you'd get.

Here's a link to the page about it: https://club.ubisoft.com/uk-UK/shop-discount - on there it says:

"In case a product is already discounted, only the most important discount will be applied."

Odd language, I know, but I guess it was translated from French, and the word "important," actually means the greater discount.
