Anyone else's very loud when on? No. Crackling noise just a loud like drill sort of noise

Mine just arrived, and I pulled out the square piece of card inside the microwave thinking it was packaging. It's not! it's important, don't remove it, I now have to buy another one for £8

Just picked ours up and no vents on top though shows on manual x

Ours current microwave started "sparking" the other day, which presumably means its coming to end of life, so purchased this.

jus reading reviewing. if u get crackling noise wen not in use but still plugged in socket n switched on then it is faulty. u sud return.it for replacement or refund. Good find jus ordered thx

grill is useless

I've got this microwave and it does look really good with the mirrored door and has a nice big interior. I got it with clubcard boost as well so v happy - half price even better - but I don't think the grill function works.
