Just because the product is coming from the same supplier doesn't mean the quality is the same as they will obviously make the requested product to a spec and a pricepoint.

If that's the case it just goes to show how often people think something is better from certain shops and are willing to pay more for it, as I notice the M&S biscuits are the hottest deal of the day at £3.00

Basically they are exactly the same as the biscuits in Marks and Spencer boxes (albeit I think some of the most recent M&S boxes include a wider selection) and as another member has said they are probably made by Fox's.
