yes,when i used it,the voucher came off but when i payed with paypal it took the full price,i phoned and they said it was off christmas stock but doesnt mention it in the email,dont use this company again

I only received part of my order too. I've tried contacting them several times to enquire about my missing items but they don't reply. I've had to take it up with PayPal now!

Got the shipping email this morning too.

Just noticed emails from them had been going to my junk folder, had one earlier saying my order has been shipped. My payment went through at 0.03am on the 3rd December.

My Paypal was refunded for this order and also for the colouring sets I ordered separately. No emails from them.

​Was prob just the knife set, £5 delivered was wayyyy to cheap. I had never heard of the site before so I was starting to think I would have trouble getting a refund, but fair play, they seem to be refunding everyone

I've had a refund as well but didn't really think think they would honour to good to be true

I bought some other bits with the 50% off and it seems like they are going to honour those as they have just refunded £5 for the knife set but nothing else. We shall see

Bet nobody gets the so called £5 off voucher either.

Just got the refund email due to a "stock error" yeah right, more like the 50% off code was a mistake.. I wonder if anyone off here got a set delivered for £5?....

I just got emails from them and PayPay refunding me. They are promising a £5.00 voucher as compensation. I had not contacted them.

No contact from them just a PayPal refund.

I got the email from PayPal to say I had sent £5 to ADVANCED GLOBAL PRODUCTIONS LIMITED but have not had an official confirmation from weeklydeals4less at all...

Reckon I'll give them a call and request a refund reading previous comments.

I have just rung up and they have refunded my order and they say they will be sending a email with a code to take £5 off my next order with them as a apology.

Complete jokers. PayPal case pending for refund. Waste of time and money, should be banned from HUKD.

Hmm, seems like they are giving out a lot of excuses, will give them a couple of days then I will be in touch with PayPal about my payment they took.

just phoned up and couldnt believe how rude the woman was,i told her that payment has been taken,and not to speak so rudely,and was told this is the way i speak and hung up,what an ignorant woman,will never use this site again

Same here. Called this morning and told that the guy dealing with these is not in until tomorrow. Also told order is "on hold". Suspect we will all be getting our orders cancelled. I will make sure I never use this company again.

Same here, on hold... I am guessing these will all be cancelled, least they could of emailed me a update to let me know, poor service..

My account says Order was placed on 3rd December 2016 and is currently On Hold.
I spoke to customer services as to why it was on hold and he told me that due to the website crashing all the time on the day when everybody was ordering they had somehow over sold by 500 knife sets and are trying to source some more, if they can't then refunds will be given.
He said they should know more tomorrow.

but why on hold if they aren't honouring it should just be cancelled and money returned.

Just rung and spoke to customer services saying I had placed order on 3rd and it was stuck on order processing and the girl I spoke to said she is just processing them all now and should have a update soon

Swan knives are very good - mine just went to the big knife heaven after 26 years.....accidentally left it under the grill along with the bacon :o(

But if its Amazon Logistics or Herpes, they won't stand a chance!!! If the knives arrive at all, that is.

Sort of loses it's impact if they're carefully handed to them by the postman :stuck_out_tongue:
