It is sealed. It isn't brand new. Misleading title. You know unless Poundland has some exclusive rights/access to direct supplies from the film studio's distributor...it's Poundland, they're re-shrink-wrapped. The End.

No - the blu rays are brand new, factory sealed. They have a used sticker on if used.
They get many brand new dvds too... also look for the used stickers... UV copies included if stickered.
They have brand new copies of the 4k Smurfs 2...
