A consideration is this might be over the Wh your allowed to take on flights with you. I know when I checked my 22000mha pack it was only slightly under the allowed carry on limit of most airlines.

one review says it takes their Samsung S6 from flat to 100% only 3 times doesn't sound like 30k mAh to me.

wonder how many 18650 batteries in one of those..

27 Dec 162#7
that's almost the capacity of a small car battery. if they could make 30Ah batteries that small we would all be driving electric cars with a range of 500 miles by now

Not really as this has capacity of about 150wh, Nissan leaf battery has 24kwh so you'd need 160 of these for that. But that only has range of 200km so you'd need roughly 600 to get your 500 miles range. So that'd be £12,000 just on batteries.

Thanks

Blimey, I had to re-read the mAh just to make sure I read it right!
Haven't used this one bought had 3 similar looking packs and none of them were anywhere near the claimed capacity.

Actually main luggage is worse than hand luggage due to temperature and pressure issues.

Will this charge the powerbank and devices connected at the same time. So for example I plug the power bank into the wall and connect my phone to the powerbank, once the powerbank is full will my phone start to be charged?

Thanks Pondlife for the info...with the high mAh capacity this would have been ideal for holiday trip aboard, will cancel my order but still a very nice find OP.

Yup the normal limit is 100watt hour, which is about 26000mAh for the 3.7v batteries.

Ryanair and easyjet websites both say max is 160Wh so this would be permitted on board.

British Airways permits batteries between 100Wh and 160Wh with prior permission.

Hmmm. Read 4 reviews; of those, 3 got them for discount in return for an unbiased review (haha, no one is buying that) and the other said it will charge his S6 from flat to full 3 times - so that's an alleged 30000mAh power bank that can only charge a phone with a 2550mAh battery, 3 times - something doesn't stack up...

Mines arrived today and well pleased with it. The 18650 batteries inside are worth the asking price alone.
