My side buttons on the mouse have broken, a month after the return date. Amazon let me keep it and refunded me :smiley:

it says 100% claimed because all available units of this product have either been confirmed ordered (added to basket and checked out) or they are still in someones basket and they have 15 minutes to check out before the item is removed from their basket and available for other people.
So, you join the wait list and usually the item will become available as there will be someone else with it in their basket and then they decide they don't want it after all, or someone else cancels the order etc.
I waited only a couple of minutes before the item became available.

I have this keyboard and mouse it’s OK the only thing is the mouse lights stay on and they are not adjustable
