especially with a young child, I wouldn't want saliva flying around. Herpes, flu and whatno - not just being grossed out by people's mouths.

We do play one that is similar, we are calling it "Don't get lippy" at the moment. You have to cover your teeth with your lips and say sentences etc.. No views only a dentist should see, no flying spit (or very much reduced), and free.

Suppose you don't let your kids play in the mud either then?
