I think is uhd premium and 10 bit? am i wrong?
Should i buy this? ( i have a furher 10% from my company) or the hisense 55m7000

I would get it from john Lewis with a 5year guarantee for 799 as you cannot still trust android bricking your TV after 1 year during a update as what happened to me after 8months with the 2015 version
I have the 43 inch and it's a great tv. it's an 8 + 2 bit but xbox one s and ps4 pro recognise as a 10 bit.
This is a IPS panel which is good for viewing angles but might have light bleeding and less contrast than the 43 inch VA panel.
Think the Hisense is a VA which for me personally is a better option.
It's Android system is great though easy to but kodi straight onto the tv and HDR display does make a difference for films and gaming.
Not much help but between the hisense and this all that's different is the Panel.
What suits you is your choice.

You cannot beat sony motion capabilities. Nice price but would always try and get a guarantee with tellies.

Got this for the same price during Black Friday. Great TV.
OS is fairly fast compared to the Philips android TVs but still a little less responsive then I would like.
Youview is good but you can't pause/record tv when youview is active.
Tv needs an internet connection for epg to work.
Sound is suppressingly good (but I still use a sound bar)
Sony appear to have some commitment to applying software updates (at the moment)

KS7000 is true 10 bit and not 8+2 but reports of motion blur on the KS7000.

Heat for the best price. CES 2017 is not far away now, so with new announced tv models, be interesting to see how much the 2016 range drop.

And this is exacerbated by HDR because now your entire backlight panel is cranked very high when a scene calls for it (this is not a FALD set). The IPS issue of washed-out blacks is much worse when the backlight is cranked high.

the XD8505 is a bit better than this one? It has 120Hz screen and higher 'Motionflow XR'
I've got the 43 inch model of this and input lag can be controlled nicely through some settings on the TV. (e.g. I play FIFA 17 on Xbox One S) and the ball sometimes was a bit unclear but using 'Film mode' you can choose to compensate picture depth for frame judder/lag. Oh btw, you have to change the settings to 'enhanced' to get 10-bit depth on HDMI ports 2 and 3.
But for £769 this looks a bargain or £1099 for a revised panel and 5 year guarantee.

I had the x8509 and I recommend to anyone to go for an android tv Sony or anything else. These are the true Smart tv's having installed on it ip tv apks, terrariumtv, popcorn time, ShowBox and a few others for movies, vpn app to use region locked apk's, kodi, etc.

Looks like the Samsung is a lot better as a HDR display. It's 3x the brightness and 4x the contrast although both have a 8bit+FRC panel.
With the Samsung there is a panel lottery depending on screen size. The above is just a comparison of the 55" versions. I only say that as I thought the KS7000 was a true 10 bit panel too but maybe that is a different screen size.

I have a ks7000 and it does seem to suffer a small micro stutter every now and then, but to be honest it's only the kind of thing you'd notice if you were looking for it.
I was looking at a Sony model at the same time (x8509 maybe?) and the Samsung looked a lot better. Obviously you can put Kodi etc on the Sony but that didn't appeal to me.

The +2 bit is FRC (frame rate control) which just flickers a pixel between 2 states to create a in-between colour so for example if you flickered red between value 7 and 8 of equal time it would be perceived by the eye as 7.5. So there is a layer of software that takes in a 10 bit image and then with a 8 bit panel emulates a 10 bit panel by flickering between the 2 states for some pixels. My tv has a LG 8bit+FRC panel but don't think its implemented in software at all because the same TV chassis is also supporting other 8bit panels. I use mine in mainly gaming mode so most of that sort of picture processing is switched off anyway to reduce input lag. Dithering is also used in picture processing software to emulate a 10bit panel simply by creating a group of alternating light/dark pixels where in the original 10bit image an intermediate colour was used that the 8bit panel can't generate and any 8bit panel can do that.
Samsung are probably class leaders in picture processing nowadays and then probably LG. Both of the 2 big Korean companies basically.
A true 10bit panel literally has a palette of about 1 billion colours compared to the 24 million of a 8bit panel but is much more expensive to manufacture and also must be matched to a high contrast panel with decent brightness to give genuine true HDR performance. So there are 3 big factors for proper HDR performance and a 10bit panel is only one of them.

Everything else being equal then 10bit is better to have than 8bit+FRC but sadly its rare everything else is equal and you have to weigh up the good and bad of each set. Not much HDR material currently but I'm sure there will be more over the years to come. It's best to think about how you use your tv and then make a purchase based on that. If you use it for mainly watching SD freeview channels then SD upscaling is most important. If you use it for gaming you want low input lag. There isn't a lot of HDR material at the moment and the real tv's capable of true HDR are quite expensive mostly over £1000. In 3 years time decent HDR tv's will probably much cheaper, more reliable and there will be a lot more material to warrant it.
